Rudy Stefanitsis, General Partner - Rudy founded Airburst Capital in 2022 after discovering the potential of opportunity zones and their associated tax benefits. With his passion for real estate and extensive business expertise, Rudy leads the team in identifying and executing profitable investment opportunities.

• Marshall McCormick, Real Estate Attorney - With over 30 years of experience in real estate law and the title industry.  

• Javier F Jimenez, Commercial Real Estate Broker - he has over 20 years of real estate investment banking experience and has completed over S2.0 billion in sales, debt and equity transactions on behalf of foreign and domestic corporations, financial institutions and private real estate companies. Mr. Jimenez is the founder of Capital Investment Advisors, Inc

• Ed Snodgrass, Real Estate Developer - Ed has a proven track record of successful real estate development projects, bringing valuable insights into property selection and development planning. As a builder and an industry leader, Ed is equally comfortable holding a hammer. He possesses years of hands-on experience in the building trades.

• Samantha Blackburn, Property Manager - With a background in property management, real estate sales, marketing and branding, Samantha helps streamline the tenant experience throughout the projects.
